Koleen Quattlebaum

Happy New Year, my name is Koleen Quattlebaum (Quattle like waddle).  I am a businesswoman who has worked in the private industry with a petroleum contracting company since the early 2000s.  After years of buying and selling real estate for myself I realized I truly enjoy negotiating both commercial and residential real estate!  In 2013 I decided to acquire my Texas professional real estate sales associate license and have maintained it to this day. 

Prior to my entrepreneurial pursuits, I acquired my Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso.  After graduating I worked in higher education for ten years, which has been integral to being a successful realtor and businessperson. 

I moved to the third coast in 2020 and reside in Rockport.  After a few years of settling in, I feel prepared and ready to successfully represent both buyers and sellers locally, whether in residential or commercial sales transactions, as well as rentals and commercial lease agreements.
